Workforce Solutions for South Texas Child Care Services (CCS) program provides subsidized childcare services to low-income families that participate in employment, training, or educational activities.  CCS provides essential support to families in our community to build the future workforce by supporting the growth and development of children ages 0-13, preventing abuse and neglect, and promoting health and safety.

To qualify for child care services, families must meet the following requirements:

  • Live in Jim Hogg, Webb or Zapata counties
  • Work, attend training or attend school at least 25 hours per week
  • Have a maximum gross income not to exceed 85% SMI
