Workforce Solutions for South Texas is a local organization focused on increasing our community’s economic development by providing resources for employers and employees. Our goals include building our area workforce and training individuals to be successfully employed.
On Saturday, March 24, 2026, our TRS Mentors came together to deliver a truly exceptional professional development event. We gathered to celebrate their dedication and hard work, which played a key role in organizing a premier instructional experience for our local provider community.
The energy in the room was inspiring as we welcomed leadership trainer Ms. Beth Cannon, who led a powerful and engaging session centered on two critical pillars of success: elevating program quality and fostering a supportive, retention-focused work environment within our centers.
With more than 75 participants in attendance, the event reflected our shared commitment to excellence in early childhood education. It was a meaningful day filled with learning, collaboration, and a renewed vision for strengthening and supporting our local providers.
