The Workforce Solutions for South Texas (WSST) Board serves as the designated grant recipient and administrative entity for workforce development program funds allocated to the region comprised by Jim Hogg, Webb and Zapata Counties.
The WSST Board is responsible for the strategic and operational planning, administration, oversight and evaluation of federal and state workforce programs in the region including employment, training, child care and related support services.
