We help young people prepare for college or careers including: tutoring, study skills, instruction leading to secondary school completion or equivalent, dropout prevention strategies, career counseling, job readiness training, career exploration, community involvement, leadership skills development, and job shadowing.

WIOA Youth Program
The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth program provides services to anyone from 16-24 years old who meets the following eligibility requirements:
- be a citizen or noncitizen authorized to work in the United States
- meet Military Selective Service registration requirements (males only)
- have a determination of school attendance to identify whether the individual is attending school
- meet the additional eligibility criteria for ISY or OSY, as defined by WIOA §129(a)(1)(B)– (C), and as described in the In-School Youth and Out-of-School Youth subsections of the WIOA guide
Services offered through the youth program include:
- Tutoring, study skills training, instruction, and dropout prevention
- Alternative secondary school services or dropout recovery services
- Paid and unpaid work experience
- Occupational skills training
- Education offered concurrently with workforce preparation and training for a specific occupation
- Leadership development opportunities
- Supportive services
- Adult mentoring
- Follow-up services
- Comprehensive guidance and counseling
- Financial literacy education
- Entrepreneurial skills training
- Services that provide labor market information
- Postsecondary preparation and transition activities
